Gio
Gio leads field operations across mainland US and US territories, with hands-on experience running 300+ personnel deployments through hurricanes, grid failures, and federal emergency declarations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Gio is the on-the-ground coordinator clients trust to make the call when conditions change — and the leader our crews look to in the field.
His operational discipline is the reason RED’s 21-hour deployment guarantee is more than a slogan.

Daniela
Daniela owns the relationship side of every deployment — from the first client conversation to the last paycheck cleared after demobilization.
She built RED’s onboarding, recruitment, and employee-care program from the ground up, which is why crews come back deployment after deployment.
She’s also the single point of contact for prime contractors who want a real human to answer the phone.

Guy founded Red Staffing to bring private-sector speed and accountability to government emergency response. He sets the long-term vision and lets the operations team run the field.
